When you submit a quote request we collect the name, phone number, email address and job details you provide. We collect nothing else through the form.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and carry out tree work. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service you asked for, or where required by law.

Form processing

Quote requests are processed by Splitforms, a third party form delivery service, which forwards the submission to us by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns, which sets cookies in your browser. You can block these through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site or contact us.

Data retention

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the work and for ordinary business record keeping.
